The dynamics within teams are like the brand value of companies like Coke. For Coke, the brand value outweighs the value of the physical assets by a factor of 100. How teams collaborate, support each other and work to build the business far outweighs the value of individual job titles and roles. Team dynamics become the difference between rapid ascent to success or stalled growth, negative behaviors and precious time spent on politics versus building the business.

With coaching, guidance and a shared sense of purpose, reaching business goals becomes a shared mission.
