I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of clinical and practical experience working with executives, athletes and patients coping with a new diagnosis. From this experience, I have learned one thing that all people strive for and need. One thing that, when discovered, is quite literally the key to lasting happiness – meaningful connection.
Connection becomes the ties that bind, the platform for success and the thing we love and the thing we can fear the most.
Regardless of job title, age, gender, responsibility or life circumstance, it is within our human design to connect. My life’s work and greatest joy is connecting with clients in a 1:1 or group setting to help them do just that.
For me, it’s about rewriting stories. Together, we can transform what may feel like a limitation or major barrier into a powerful lesson and skill set that lasts a lifetime.
A long time ago, I recognized in myself an uncanny ability see someone’s story. Hundreds of clients later, I have learned that there isn’t a person I can’t join and help strengthen from within. That’s where it all starts. The myths about status, age and job title are immaterial; the life and relationships you want are all within reach.
It’s simple. I unwind old stories, beliefs and unproductive contextual frameworks that hold us back.
How?
I work with each individual to help them see the stories they tell themselves, the characters that contribute to every success or setback and – together – we write the story that was meant to be told.
I am no stranger to the grief, heartache, trauma and exquisite joy life can bring. That unraveling and re-raveling is what makes us strong, unique, powerful creatures worthy of giving and receiving love.
